DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease at our Twinsburg Dialysis outpatient clinic in Twinsburg, Ohio.
As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Some details about this position: - Schedule: MWF 4a-6:30p, TTHS 4a-3:30p ( alternating schedule)
- PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am
- Location has 13 chairs - M/W/F the clinic has 1 RN, 3 Dialysis Techs and T/TH/S 1 RN, 2 Dialysis Techs are scheduled per shift
- Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training
- You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday

- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates other than your assigned home clinic
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
